How to Request a Return

- Provide proof of damage or misdelivery (clear photos or video).
- Keep the product unused and in its original packaging until the return is approved.
Non-Returnable
The following will not be eligible for return:
- Items without valid proof of damage or misdelivery.
- Used, altered, or missing-original-packaging products.
- Returns made without prior approval from our support team.
Resolution
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on product availability and the circumstance.
